This is a telugu movie. The lead played by Charmy is being chased by a group of thugs towards the end of the movie. She hides behind wall and strikes the first guy chasing her with a rod on his head. During the scene on the beach, James Belushi's character attempts to avoid a couple of specific guys by immediately getting on top of a hot blonde woman who's resting on the sand so that he can force-kiss her while keeping his face hidden from the specific guys and although he's successful from within his time, Belushi's character ends up getting struck in the groin by the blonde woman's own right knee (which unfortunately is not seen from within the strike itself). 41 minutes aprox. K-9 sequel, K-911, has an awesome verbal by a female cop. Both the detectives are tryin' to get some information from a trainer at a dojo, their dogs start a riot and the fighters get ambushed in a corner. The trainer then presents his best fighter, who does some crazy moves, showing off. Detective's dog slowly approaches him, bites his junk causing huge pain, the fighters hold their packages in sympathy. As the dog chews balls, the male detective calmly asks for the information needed. The hot female cop beats down an attacker then says: "name fat man or the boy loses his nuts", has absolutely no sympathy as she watches. The 'boy' begs "tell him, please", he was in utter pain for about a minute.
