Movie is about a mixed fighting tournament. ~47 minutes in, Janine (Dickerson), barefoot and wearing a skin-tight black workout outfit is fighting with a guy in red facepaint. He grabs her around the neck from behind, so she reaches back and grabs a firm hold of his nuts. She drags him around by the balls for a few seconds, and then punches him in the face to win the fight. Great scene.
